basic room disappointing breakfast
The staff members were helpful recommending restaurants.
The room felt basic. Breakfast proved very disappointing with limited options and subpar quality. The location felt a little off the beaten path needing more time to reach central attractions.

limited shuttle service missing toiletries
i was quite annoyed that the advertised airport shuttle service was actually quite LIMITED. the lack of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom was also a PEAK disappointment , forcing me to.

cute staff air conditioning powerful shower small room firm pillows misleading picture
the staff was very cute when i arrived, even providing guidance on the best way to reach local attractions! the air conditioning was great and the room was beautiful. the bed provided a comfortable rest, and the shower was very powerful.
the room originally provided was a little small, though it was clean. it did not quite match the picture i saw! the pillows were a bit firm.

front desk lovely staff super clean room cleaning staff great job good jam
the front desk staff are lovely always. our room was beautiful and super clean. the cleaning staff did such a great job. breakfast had such good jam for the croissants, i loved it! i would return easily.
rooms were warm and they couldn't get them to cool down, it was a little bothersome.

the hotel is right next to the university, it feels very safe. the area is quiet at night allowing for restful sleep. there are several cafes nearby for a quick bite.

noisy ventilation crowded buffet
My room overlooked some kind of ventilation system. It was quite noisy, especially early in the morning when it seemed to ramp up. The breakfast buffet was very crowded during peak hours. It was difficult to get to the food without bumping into other guests. The coffee machine was also slow, resulting in long queues. This created a stressful start to the day..
